House of Bella ("hob.", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the waitlist on houseofbella.co, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Who is responsible
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at House of Bella is our Privacy Officer. You can reach them at hello@houseofbella.co.
What we collect
Only what the waitlist needs: your email address; the models and colours you select; the language you use; how you found us (campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source, and the referring website); and the date, time and exact wording of the consent you gave.
Why we collect it
To tell you when our first release launches and, with your consent, send you House of Bella news and offers.
To understand which models and colours are most wanted, so we can plan first production quantities.
To know which channels bring visitors, for example our Instagram bio or a specific post.
Consent and unsubscribing
We only email you with your express consent, given by ticking the box on the waitlist form. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@houseofbella.co.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in Canada (Montréal). The website is hosted by Vercel and emails are sent by Resend. These providers may process information outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States, under agreements that require them to protect it. We never sell or rent your information.
Cookies and analytics
We use one cookie to remember your language, and we keep the campaign tags from your link in your browser so they can be attached to your signup. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing emails right away.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw your consent, or have your information deleted. Write to hello@houseofbella.co and we will reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
